Field containing The Lord's Prayer, vines, a house, trees, and fence; all within a grape and berry border, field signed:

Mary Ann Worman, Aged 11 Years, Daughter of Jacob and Mary Worman, Allentown, January 14, 1819

21" x 16", rosewood frame.  Labeled on reverse from Margaret Lackey, September 10, 1925 to Jane W. Seaman [Cates].  Also labeled on reverse -  Weaver's Art Shop, 36 N. 9th St., Allentown, PA.

Fukurokuju is one of the Seven Gods of Fortune in Japanese folklore.  He represents longevity with the scroll containing the destiny of all human beings.

Bishamon is also one of the Seven Gods of Fortune and protects  Buddhist temples from evil forces.
